To improve the MAPS students’ experience communicating with the university, Information Technology has begun utilizing communications in Chinese. The goal is to reduce the amount of time it takes for new MAPS students to access the university’s electronic resources.

The department is also supporting the MAPS program’s Beijing office by providing information for Microsoft 365 helpdesk support. Knowledgebase articles in Chinese will be created as needs are identified.
