Did you know that a phone number can be added to Microsoft Teams? The university is piloting this feature with new employees and the Admissions department. If the pilot is successful, the university may port all university numbers (415-575-xxxx) to Teams. Users will be able to answer and make calls wherever they access Teams. This service from Microsoft also allows for Teams desk phones.
